There was a guy, who lived to his heart content
He steal when he want to steal
He eat when he want to eat
He work when he want to work
And he never stay for a long time in one place

Every guy envy his life style
Every girl adore him

Its not like its easy to live the way he does
He work hard
He play hard
He live peacefully

Sometimes he pick a fight with some random guy
Sometimes he treat all people he know in that place to a feast

Everyone think that he must be happy the way he is now

But why, oh why… Does his heart always ache?

There’s a girl, hoping for her dream to come true
Every day, every night, she pray
She pray so the Lord would grant her wish.

She have one simple wish
She hope that this year, no one will be sick or sad
No one would feel desperate and get misfortune

She hope that this year, everyone would have a smile on their face
Everyone would be in joy and happiness

She tried her best to make it happened
She helped the elder to clean their house
She helped the farmer to water his crops
She helped the sheperd bring his sheep back
Everyone she knows, Everyone around her is happy now
She get what she want.

But why, oh why did she feel empty inside?

What will left for you?

Is there love to begin with?

Is there trust to begin with?

If its something you begin just because you think you should do it…

Without your heart in it, and you end up loving it…

It would be too late to start love it that time

Because there’s already too much lie in it

while we’re at it, why don’t we go as far as we could?

why don’t we struggle as hard as we can?

so there won’t be any regret?

even though maybe what we’re doing are too absurd until we can’t really explain it to others

even though maybe what we’re doing are too outrageous until there’s no one would help us

why don’t we just run?

we could run, as far as our leg can bring us

this road we’re walking right now, we can’t see the end of it

but one thing i’m sure about, about this road…

we’ll reach the end of it,

even though maybe we’ll quarrel many times

he didn’t want to be like him.

that he won’t take care of anything like he did.

something so absurd that when she think about it again, its just really absurd.

something so good that when he think about it again, its just really too good to be true.

Sometimes, being yourself…

Isn’t something your friend around you want.

Sometimes you must lie.

Sometimes you must pretend.

Does pretend… become very tiring for you?

Many times, we live in our facade…

Tired living all the lie you make?

Then, it’s time to move.

Time to block all you hate.

Time to defend yourself.

Time to bless yourself.

And… maybe it’s time to be honest to yourself.
